What is the closest metro station?
The nearest metro station is the U Street /African-American Civil War Memorial/Cardozo stop on the Green and Yellow lines. When you leave from the 13th St and U St exit, with the stop on your left, walk toward 14th St on U St. Turn right on 14th St and we will be a few businesses up on your right.
What are my parking options?
During the week there is limited street parking available in the immediate area. Parking is extremely limited during the weekend and using public transportation, cab, or car service is strongly suggested.
If you do decide to drive, there is a parking garage directly across the street at the Franklin D. Reeves Center of Municipal Affairs at 2000 14th St NW. The entrance for the parking garage is located between 14th and 15th streets NW on U St NW. Sunday through Wednesday, the fee is $10 and Thursday through Saturday it is $15. When is your happy hour and what specials do you offer?
Happy hour is Monday-Friday, 5:00-7:30 pm. We offer the following specials during those hours:

Do you offer bottle or table service?
Do you take dinner reservations for large parties in the Bistro on the first level?
We are able to accommodate a limited number of parties for dinner of 6 -13 on weeknights, as well as before 6:00 pm and after 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Reservations for parties of 14 and over must be made through our Private Events Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel within 24 hours of the time of your reservation, do not have two-thirds of your party there by 15 minutes past the time of the reservation, or if the size of the party size changes substantially without any forewarning, we reserve the right to assess a fee of $10/person.
What happens if I am running late for my dinner reservation?
Call us! We understand that life gets in the way sometimes. We hold every table for 15 minutes past the time of the reservation. Once that grace period ends, we will attempt to contact you using the number you've provided with your reservation before we release the table. If we do not hear back from you within 5 minutes, you will be considered a no-show and your reservation will be forfeited. If your reservation was for 6 or more people, we reserve the right to assess a cancellation fee of $10/person at that time.
What spaces are available for private events?
We can accommodate many different types of events and have multiple rooms, both indoor and outdoor, to choose from. We frequently host cocktail parties, sit-down dinners, film screenings, weddings and receptions, corporate parties, and more. Please reach out to our events coordinator at email@example.com for more information. A general description of available spaces is as follows:
Private Dining Room
Our private dining room can accommodate intimate gatherings of 30-35 from 5-10 pm.
A portion of our roof deck is available for groups of 40-60 people.
Our Lounge can accommodate groups of 40-75. It features vaulted ceilings, an overhead projector for film screenings or presentations, and ample space for dancing or networking.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with information regarding availability and pricing.
Are there gluten-free/pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan options on the menu?
We serve many dishes suitable for those with dietary restrictions, though offerings will change as our menu changes frequently. Be sure to let your server know of any allergies or restrictions you have before you order, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
I've lost an item/credit card. Who can I contact to see if you've found it?
Please send a brief description of your item along with the time and date that you lost it to email@example.com. The best time to call to inquire after lost items is from 12 pm to 6pm, Mon-Fri.
There is a discrepancy on my bill. What should I do to fix it?
Please call (202) 797-7171 and press 5 to speak to someone from 11am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. After 5 pm, we are unable to resolve issues of that nature.
What do you do to celebrate special occasions?
For birthdays, we will happily add a candle to any dessert you order. If you have any requests for other special occasions, be sure to let a member of our staff know when you arrive or include a note with your reservation if you make it with www.OpenTable.com. If you would rather bring your own dessert before your dinner reservation, we will include a cake plating fee of $2 per person with your bill. We do not allow outside food or drink on our rooftop.
I would like to bring my own wine/cake. What is the fee?
If you are dining with us in the bistro, the corkage fee is $25 per bottle and the cake plating fee is $2 per person. We do not allow outside food or drink on our rooftop.
